SigBridge Payment Reminder Service
SigBridge, LLC ("SigBridge," "we," "us") provides automated payment reminder notifications via SMS text messages on behalf of our business clients. Messages are sent to existing customers of our business clients who have outstanding account balances. Messages may include invoice balance information, secure payment links, and related billing communications.
Message frequency varies based on account status. Customers with outstanding balances may receive 1–3 messages per billing cycle. Additional messages may be sent in response to inbound inquiries.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges for text messaging depend on your mobile carrier and your individual plan. SigBridge is not responsible for any messaging or data fees charged by your wireless provider.
You may opt out of receiving messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from this program.

By providing your phone number to our business clients during account creation, intake, or service engagement, you consent to receive billing and payment reminder messages from SigBridge on behalf of those businesses. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP.
We collect your phone number and name for the sole purpose of delivering payment reminder messages on behalf of the business with which you have an existing relationship. Major U.S. carriers are supported, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Service may not be available on all carriers.
SigBridge is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or other conditions outside our control.
